Dear Parents

 

Basic Skills Award

We are delighted to tell you that following the assessors visit today, we have been awarded the Basic Skills Quality mark.  This is a very prestigious award which identified that all groups of children within the school are making very good progress in Numeracy and Literacy due to the provision at our school.

 

An award ceremony will take place at a later date.

 

Bulbs

A big thank you to all who have brought in the wonderful bulbs.  We will plant them shortly…. when the rain stops, and look forward to a colourful display in Spring.

 

It was lovely coming into school today for the assessment and to see the children, who were very welcoming as always. 

 

Well done to all of our staff and the children for being successful in the award.

 

Thank you to Mrs Geary and all of the staff for looking after my duties in my absence.
