The
group of Governors brings to the school and its children a variety
of skills and interests. Governors usually serve a four year term
and have responsibility for many aspects of the running of the
school, for which training is given. As well as attending full
Governing Body meetings once a term, each Governor also sits on
at least one specialist committee. The Annual Report is presented
to parents at the Governors' Annual General Meeting, which takes
place during the autumn term, enabling parents to maintain close
contact with both the Governors and the school. A regular newsletter
is also produced and distributed to all parents.
